芬顿铁泥资源化利用研究进展

摘    要:芬顿铁泥是芬顿氧化技术处理工业有机废水产生的一种工业危险废弃物。芬顿铁泥中含有大量的铁资源,具有很高的资源回收潜力,现已成为国内外的研究热点。从化学法、热能法两个方面综述了目前国内外对芬顿铁泥的各类资源化利用方法,并对各类典型方法的研究进展、优缺点以及核心技术进行了介绍。展望了芬顿铁泥资源化利用未来的发展目标,并基于中国火电厂运行实际情况提出芬顿铁泥资源化利用新途径,即将芬顿铁泥作为原材料制备火电厂铁基选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝催化剂,以期充分回收利用芬顿铁泥中的铁资源,减小铁泥堆积所造成的环境危害。

Abstract:Fenton sludge is a kind of industrial hazardous waste produced by Fenton oxidation technology after treating industrial organic wastewater.Fenton sludge contains a large amount of iron resources,which has a high resource recovery potential and has become a research hotspot at home and abroad.Various kinds of Fenton sludge resource utilization methods at home and abroad were summarized from two aspects of chemical method and thermal method of Fenton sludge.The research progress,advantages and disadvantages as well as core technologies of various typical methods were introduced.The future development goals of Fenton sludge resource utilization were prospected.Based on the actual operation situation of thermal power plants in China,a new way of Fenton sludge resource utilization was proposed.It was used as raw materials to prepare the iron?based selective catalytic reduction(SCR) denitration catalyst for thermal power plants,in order to fully recover and utilize the iron resources in Fenton iron slime and reduce the environmental harm caused by iron slime accumulation.
