燃煤机组电力节能环保多目标负荷监控研究

摘    要:研究燃煤机组电力节能环保多目标负荷监控方法,精准监测电力负荷,合理控制负荷调度情况。利用电压、电流互感器接收燃煤机组的实时电压与电流信号;利用电力负荷计量采集单元采集信号内有效负荷信号;微处理器依据有效负荷信号,以最小煤耗、最小污染物排放量为目标函数,旋转备用与机组出力等约束为约束条件,建立电力节能环保多目标负荷调度模型,利用多目标混合进化粒子群算法求解该模型,获取最佳负荷调度方案,实现负荷控制;利用IEEE-1394协议实现整个监控时的负荷信号传输。实验证明:在引入噪声及不同升负荷速率时,该方法均可精准监测电力负荷;应用该方法调度负荷后,可有效降低煤耗与污染物排放量,实现电力节能环保。

Abstract:The multi-objective load monitoring method for power conservation and environmental protection of coal-fired units is studied to accurately monitor the power load and reasonably control the load dispatching.Using voltage and current transformers to receive real-time voltage and current signals of coal-fired units.The effective load signal in the signal is collected by the power load measurement and acquisition unit.Based on the effective load signal,the microprocessor establishes a multi-objective load dispatching model for power energy conservation and environmental protection with the minimum coal consumption and pollutant emission as the objective function and the constraints of rotating reserve and unit output as constraints.The model is solved by multi-objective hybrid evolutionary particle swarm optimization algorithm to obtain the best load scheduling scheme and realize load control.The IEEE 1394 protocol is used to realize the load signal transmission during the whole monitoring.Experiments show that this method can accurately monitor power load when noise and different load raising rates are introduced.After using this method to dispatch the load,the coal consumption and pollutant emission can be effectively reduced,and the power energy conservation and environmental protection can be realized.
