摘    要:在当前大多数电力系统生产仿真方法中,尚未全面考虑新能源发电的输出特性。根据风电发电和光伏发电的历史运行数据,采用统计方法对其进行了功率输出特性的分析。在此基础上,以最低生产成本或最佳节能减排效果为优化目标,建立以电力平衡、电力平衡和峰值平衡为基础的大规模集成新能源发电的电力系统运行模型。利用所提出的电力系统运行模型,基于中国西北电网进行了运行仿真,分析了不同系统运行条件下的新能源电力条件。仿真结果很好地验证了所提出的电力系统运行模型在大规模新能源发电产业电力系统的适应分析中的有效性。

Abstract:In most current power system production simulation methods,the output characteristics of new energy generation have not been fully considered.According to the historical operation data of wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation,the power output characteristics were analyzed by statistical method.On this basis,a large-scale integrated new energy power generation based on power balance,power balance and peak balance was established with the optimization goal of minimum production cost or optimal energy conservation and emission reduction effect.Using the proposed power system operation model,the operation simulation was carried out based on Northwest China power grid,and the new energy power conditions under different system operation conditions were analyzed.The simulation results well verified the effectiveness of the proposed power system operation model in the power system adaptation analysis of large-scale new energy power generation industry.
