煤矿配电系统节能降耗研究

摘    要:有效控制煤矿配电系统的能耗,可保证煤矿配电系统在运行过程中的功率损耗最小。研究了基于BIM的煤矿配电系统节能降耗方法。基于BIM集成煤矿配电系统能耗数据,使用BIM模型存储数据库,存储全部的煤矿配电系统能耗数据;依据配电系统能耗数据的BIM特征,利用注意力机制和长短记忆网络获取以及重构煤矿配电系统的特征序列,来预测煤矿配电系统能耗情况,采用模糊能耗控制方法控制煤矿配电系统能耗。测试结果表明,该方法可最大限度保证数据的完整性,数据集成后,数据失效率低于0.45%,能耗预测的拟合优度值高于0.93,控制后配电系统各个节点的功率损耗结果均低于0.015 MW,且电压相对较为平稳,均在9.5 kV。

Abstract:Effective control of energy consumption of coal mine power distribution system can ensure the minimum power loss of coal mine power distribution system in the process of operation.Therefore,research on BIM based coal mine power distribution system energy saving and consumption reduction method.Based on BIM,the energy consumption data of coal mine power distribution system is integrated to form a BIM model storage database to store all the energy consumption data of coal mine power distribution system.According to BIM characteristics of power consumption data of power distribution system,attention mechanism and short and long memory network were used to obtain and reconstruct the feature sequence of power distribution system of coal mine,
so as to predict the power consumption of power distribution system of coal mine.Fuzzy energy consumption control method was used to control power consumption of power distribution system of coal mine.The test results showed that the method can ensure data integrity to the maximum extent,the failure rate of data integration is lower than 0.45%,the goodness of fit value of energy consumption prediction is higher than 0.93,and the power loss of each node of the distribution system is lower than 0.015 MW after control,and the voltage is relatively stable at about 9.5 kV.
