综采工作面瓦斯抽采技术研究

摘    要:瓦斯抽采是对综采工作面瓦斯浓度进行控制的有效措施和手段.对综采工作面基本情况进行了简要介绍,分析了煤层瓦斯的基本参数.从预抽采时间、钻孔直径和深度、孔间距、抽采负压等主要方面对瓦斯抽采技术方案进行了详细设计.基于COMSOL软件对瓦斯抽采技术方案进行模拟仿真分析,验证了技术方案的可行性.将方案应用到煤矿开采工程实践中,...

Abstract:Gas drainage is an effective measure and method to control gas concentration in fully-mechanized mining face.This article briefly introduced the basic conditions of fully-mechanized working face,and analyzes the basic parameters of coal seam gas.The technical scheme of gas drainage was designed in detail from the main aspects of pre-drainage time,bore diameter and depth,hole spacing,and drainage negative pressure.Based on the COMSOL software,the gas drainage technology scheme was simulated and analyzed,which verified the feasibility of the technical scheme.Applying the scheme to the practice of coal mining engineering,through real-time monitoring of gas drainage related parameters and gas concentration,it was found that all indicators were controlled within the safe range,achieving the expected results and creating good benefits for coal mining enterprises.
