摘    要:我国废旧纺织品年产量和存量持续增加,推进废旧纺织品循环利用对节约资源、减污降碳具有重要意义。废旧纺织品富含碳,可成为有前景的可再生能源来源。热解技术被认为是高效回收有机废物能量和化学组分的重要手段之一,利用该技术可将废旧纺织品转化为热解油、生物炭和可燃气等高附加值产品,发展前景广阔。通过简述废旧纺织品种类及基本性质,重点阐述了废旧纺织品热解特性、热解产物分布及应用等研究现状,以期为解决废旧纺织品环境污染、实现资源高效清洁利用提供新方法和新思路。

Abstract:The annual output and stock of waste textiles in China continuously increase. Promoting the recycling of waste textiles is of great significance for saving resources and reducing pollution and carbon. Waste textiles are rich in carbon and energy and can become a promising renewable energy source. Pyrolysis technology is regarded as one of the important means to efficiently recover the energy and chemical components of organic waste, and waste textiles can be converted into high-value-added products such as pyrolysis oil, biochar, and combustible gas through pyrolysis technology. The types and basic properties of waste textiles were briefly described in this paper, and the research status of pyrolysis characteristics, distribution, and application of pyrolysis products for waste textile were focused. It is expected to provide new methods and new ideas for solving environmental pollution of waste textiles and realizing efficient and clean utilization of resources.
