For a long time, there are some different understandings about the fault imputation principle in administrative law enforcement in the academic circles at home and abroad, and it is reflected differently in the legal provisions of various countries including our country. As one of the types of administrative law enforcement, the fire law enforcement will also have some significant impact on the fact determination, law application and evidence collection and application of fire administrative penalty cases after the new provisions on subjective fault attribution in the Administrative Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China are put forward. In view of these situations and problems, combined with the actual work, this paper discusses countermeasures and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
