摘    要:研究了阳煤集团五矿花河峪地面大口径瓦斯管路钻孔设计及事故预防措施,分析了矿井地层与可钻性,获取区域地层岩性的厚度、埋深以及地层岩性可钻性程度;研究了钻井施工工艺流程、钻进施工方法、钻具组合、钻井参数以及钻井液,设计了测井和固井。通过地面施工大口径瓦斯管路钻孔进行瓦斯抽排,以达到工作面煤层瓦斯提前卸压抽采的目的。

Abstract:The drilling design and accident prevention measures of large diameter gas pipeline on the surface of Huaheyu Mine of Wukuang were studied.The strata and drillability of the mine were analyzed,and the thickness,burial depth and drillability of the regional stratum lithology were obtained.The drilling construction process,drilling construction method,drilling tool assembly,drilling parameters and drilling fluid were studied,and logging and cementing were designed.Gas drainage was carried out by drilling large diameter gas pipelines on the ground,so as to achieve the purpose of pre-depressurization and drainage of coal seam gas in the working face.
