摘    要:采用Turbiscan稳定性分析仪建立了蜡油掺渣体系稳定性的分析方法。选取3种不同基属的减压渣油分别按不同掺入量与蜡油混合,考察减压渣油种类和掺入量对蜡油掺渣体系稳定性的影响。结果表明:蜡油和减压渣油混合体系的不稳定性参数与渣油的种类和混合比例密切相关,表现为随着减压渣油掺入量的增加,掺渣蜡油样品的不稳定性指数呈先上升后下降的变化规律;减压渣油掺入量对混合体系不稳定性参数的影响结果与热重结焦分析数据的变化趋势相同,由此确定了蜡油掺渣体系稳定性的不稳定性参数阈值,进而为催化裂化工艺中进料前掺渣蜡油的混合比例选择提供数据支持。

Abstract:Turbiscan stability analyzer was used to establish the analysis method for the stability of wax oil and slag mixing system. Three vacuum residuums of different bases were selected to mix with wax oil according to different mixing amounts, so as to investigate the impact of the type and mixing amount of vacuum residuum on the stability of wax oil and slag mixing system. The results show that the unstability number of the mixed system of wax oil and vacuum residuum is closely related to the type and mixing ratio of residuum, which is specifically manifested as follows: As the mixing amount of vacuum residuum increases, the instability index of the sample tends to rise and then drop; the impact of the mixing amount of vacuum residuum on the unstability number of the mixed system is in consistence with the variation trend of thermogravimetric coking analysis data. On this base, the threshold value of unstability number for the stability of the wax oil and slag mixing system is determined, thus providing data support for selecting the mixing ratio of the wax oil with slag before feeding in catalytic cracking process.
