PLC控制器在煤矿带式输送机中的应用研究

摘    要:以DTL120/150/2×200型带式输送机为例,对设备及其存在的问题进行了概述。基于PLC控制器设计了输送机的节能系统,PLC控制器为S7-1200型,采用模块化思想设计,由不同模块构成。系统运行时,利用传感器对设备及环境参数进行检测,系统在综合考虑实际运输量、煤仓料位以及用电时间段等因素的基础上,对带式输送机的运行速度进行优化控制,同时还可以实现软启动、多电机功率平衡、故障预警等功能。将系统应用到工程实践中,根据现场使用数据发现在相同煤炭运输量的情况下,电能消耗和电价支出分别降低了30.03%和43.1%,取得了较好效果。

Abstract:Taking DTL120/150/2×200 belt conveyor as an example,the equipment and its existing problems are summarized.The energy-saving system of the conveyor is designed based on PLC controller.The PLC controller is S7-1200 type, designed with modularization idea and composed of different modules.It adopts modular design and consists of different modules.When the system is running,sensors are used to detect equipment and environmental parameters.The system optimizes the running speed of the belt conveyor on the basis of comprehensive consideration of factors such as the actual transportation weight,coal bunker material level and power consumption time period.It can also realize soft start,multi-motor power balance,fault warning and other functions.Applying the system to engineering practice,according to on-site usage data,it is found that in the case of transporting the same weight of coal mines,the electricity consumption and electricity price expenditure are reduced by 30.03% and 43.1% respectively,and good results have been achieved.
