晶种诱导合成FER分子筛催化1-丁烯骨架异构化反应

摘    要:采用晶种诱导的方法,在无有机结构导向剂的条件下合成了高结晶度的FER分子筛,考察了晶种用量和晶化时间对分子筛结晶度的影响,并在较优条件下对合成的分子筛进行催化1-丁烯骨架异构化反应性能评价。结果表明:在初始投料摩尔比n(Na2O)∶n(Al2O3)∶n(SiO2)∶n(H2O)为0.18∶0.033∶1∶30、晶化温度为160 ℃的条件下,随着晶种加入量增加和晶化时间的延长,分子筛样品相对结晶度增加;在较优晶种添加质量分数为15%、晶化时间为72 h条件下,合成的分子筛相对晶种结晶度达100.1%。以最优条件下晶种合成分子筛为催化剂, 1-丁烯为原料,在反应温度350 ℃、质量空速2.0 h-1、常压的反应条件下,连续运行600 h,1-丁烯平均转化率大于38%,异丁烯平均选择性大于90%,催化剂反应活性和稳定性均良好。

Abstract:Using the seed crystal induction method, this study synthesizes high-crystallinity FER zeolite without using organic structure-directing agents, investigates the effects of the amount of seed crystal and the crystallization time on the crystallinity of zeolite, and evaluates the skeletal isomerization performance of 1-butene catalyzed by the synthesized zeolite under better conditions. The results show that when the initial feeding molar ratio n(Na2O)∶n(Al2O3)∶n(SiO2)∶n(H2O) is 0.18∶0.033∶1∶30 and the temperature is 160 ℃, the relative crystallinity of the product will rise as the addition amount of seed crystal increases and the crystallization time extends; when the mass fraction for the addition amount of the preferred seed crystal is 15% and the crystallization time is 72 h, the relative crystallinity of seed crystal for the synthesized zeolite reaches up to 100.1%. The zeolite synthesized by seed crystal under optimal conditions was used as catalyst and 1-butene as raw material to continuously react with each other for 600 h under the reaction temperature of 350 ℃, mass hourly space velocity of 2.0 h-1 and atmospheric pressure. As a result, the average conversion rate of 1-butene is higher than 38%, and the selectivity of isobutylene is greater than 90%, indicating that the catalyst has good activity and stability.
