严陵河泥石流特大型地质灾害综合治理

摘    要:为了消除泥石流地质灾害对当地居民的威胁,有效改善当地的生态环境,确保居民在新的、安全的居住环境里生产生活。以严陵河泥石流为例,分析了隐患点特征及成因,高丘镇严陵河泥石流属于暴雨类、沟谷型、低频率、中型、稀性泥石流,危害性等级为特大型,潜在危险性等级为特大型,易发程度综合评分值83,属轻度易发泥石流。采用治理方案为“河道清淤+拦渣坝+防护堤”。通过治理,将取得显著的社会效益、经济效益和生态环境效益。研究为泥石流灾害治理的可行性研究及治理工程设计提供工程地质依据。

Abstract:-frequency,medium-sized and rare debris flow.The hazard level is super large,the potential hazard level is super large,and the comprehensive score value of the degree of occurrence is 83.It belongs to light debris flow.The treatment scheme is "river dredging + slag dam + protective embankment".Through governance,significant social,economic and ecological benefits will be achieved.The study provides engineering geological basis for the feasibility study of debris flow disaster control and the design of control engineering.
