陇东地区煤炭资源开发利用协同发展中的若干问题研究

长期以来，煤炭为我国经济社会发展和保障国家能源安全发挥着举足轻重的作用，煤炭行业在化解过剩产能、优化生产结构和转型升级方面取得了实质性进展。如何构建现代化煤炭安全、绿色、智能开发和清洁高效利用技术体系，实现新时期煤炭科技高质量发展目标，是当前面临的重要课题。以陇东地区煤炭资源开发利用的实际条件为基础，根据煤炭行业最新研究成果，结合大数据、人工智能等新技术，提出了加快区块链技术在煤炭开发和利用全产业链条上的应用，分析了煤炭开采和利用对区域生态环境的影响。针对陇东地区煤种及经济发展模式，认为发展循环经济和清洁利用有利于形成新的增长极；同时，在陇东煤炭资源开发及利用过程中，迫切需要现代化的复合型人才为陇东煤炭工业的发展提供人才和技术支撑。

Research on some problems of coordinated development of coal resources exploitation and utilization in Longdong Area

For a long time，coal has played a pivotal role in China′s economic and social development and national energy security.The coal industry has made substantial progress in resolving excess capacity，optimizing production structure，transformation and upgrading.How to build a modern coal safety，green，intelligent development and clean，efficient utilization technology system to achieve the high-quality development goal of coal science and technology in the new era is an important issue currently facing.This article is based on the actual conditions of the development and utilization of coal resources in Longdong area，according to the latest research results of the coal industry，combined with new technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence，proposed to accelerate the application of blockchain technology in the entire industrial chain of coal development and utilization；and analyzed the impact of coal mining and utilization on the regional ecological environment.Aiming at the coal types and economic development models in Longdong，it is believed that the development of circular economy and clean utilization is beneficial to the formation of new growth poles.At the same time，in the development and utilization of Longdong coal resources，there is an urgent need for modern compound talents in order to provide talents and technical support for the development of Longdong coal industry.
