面向区域水资源生态安全评价的可拓云模型

摘    要:为了掌握区域水资源生态安全状况,实现流域水资源分级管理,构建了区域水资源生态安全评价的可拓云模型。将区域水资源生态系统划分为压力、状态、管理、响应指标4个子系统,构建评价指标体系,计算变异权重、熵权、模糊权重,得到指标组合权重,构建了水资源评价的可拓云模型,通过单个指标隶属度和组合权重的模糊转换,确定区域水资源生态安全等级。测试结果表明,该城市2019—2021年水资源生态系统等级分别为基本安全、安全、基本安全,压力指标和管理指标呈下降趋势,今后工作重点是监督新建工厂的工业用水水平和废水达标排放量。

Abstract:In order to master the ecological security of regional water resources and realize the hierarchical management of river basin water resources,an extension cloud model for regional water resources ecological security evaluation was constructed.The regional water resources ecosystem is divided into four subsystems:pressure,state,management and response indicators.The evaluation indicator system is constructed,and the variation weight,entropy weight and fuzzy weight are calculated to obtain the combined weight of indicators.An extension cloud model for water resources evaluation is constructed.The regional water resources ecological security level is determined through the fuzzy conversion of the membership degree of a single indicator and the combined weight.The test results show that the water resource ecosystem of the city will be classified as basically safe,safe,and basically safe from 2019 to 2021,and the pressure indicators and management indicators will show a downward trend.In the future,the focus will be on monitoring the industrial water level and wastewater discharge of new plants.
