土工格栅加筋尾矿坝的界面力学特性研究

摘    要:保证尾矿堆放场所的安全,对保护周边生态环境、确保周边人民人身与财产安全具有重要意义。为了给尾矿坝加筋处理选择更为合适的土工材料,选用Paragrid 单向聚酯纤维纤塑土工格栅、HDPE-TGDG100高密度聚乙烯土工格栅作为试验土工材料,研究了两者与尾矿坝的界面力学特性,并设计了1个分别使用此2种土工材料的尾矿坝加筋界面力学对比试验,试验中法向应力设置有10、20、30、40 kPa四级。结果显示,在直剪与拉拔试验中,Paragrid格栅与尾矿填料的界面似摩擦角比HDPE-TGDG100格栅的高40.25%与4.57%,Paragrid格栅与尾矿填料的界面似黏聚力分别比HDPE-TGDG100格栅的高54.41%、4.69%。数据表明,Paragrid格栅的力学性能更为优良,采用Paragrid格栅对尾矿坝加筋,工程应用效果更好。该研究的成果对于尾矿坝加筋工程的技术改良具有一定指导作用。

Abstract:Ensuring the safety of tailings stacking sites was of great significance to protect the surrounding ecological environment and ensure the safety of people and property around.In order to select more appropriate geotextile for reinforcement treatment of tailings dam,Paragrid unidirectional polyester fiber reinforced plastic geogrid and HDPE TGDG100 high-density polyethylene geogrid were selected as test geotextiles.The interface mechanical properties of the two geogrids and tailings dam were studied,and a comparative test of reinforcement interface mechanics of tailings dam using these two geotextiles was designed.The normal stress in the test was set at 10,20,30,and 40 kPa.The results showed that in the direct shear and pull-out tests,the interface friction angle between Paragrid grid and tailings filler was 40.25% and 4.57% higher than that of HDPE-TGDG100 grid,and the interface cohesion between Paragrid grid and tailings filler was 54.41% and 4.69% higher than that of HDPE-TGDG100 grid respectively.The data showed that the mechanical properties of the Paragrid grid were better,and the engineering application effect was better when the Paragrid grid was used to reinforce the tailings dam.The results of this study had a certain guiding role for the technical improvement of tailings dam reinforcement project.
