摘    要:为了降低原油黏度,提高其采收率,结合原油组分的特征,以苯乙烯、马来酸酐和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚3种单体分两步合成了新型油溶性原油降黏剂SMN。考察SMN对胜利高黏度原油的降黏效果,发现该原油降黏率最高可以达到68.5%。通过机理探究推测SMN中的苯环、羧基和酯基等极性较大的基团可以通过氢键作用和π-π堆积进入到沥青质片层中,而分子中具有较大位阻的乙氧基能够阻止沥青质聚集,从而分散原油中的重组分,降低原油的黏度。

SYNTHESIS AND ANALYSIS OF VISCOSITY REDUCTION MECHANISM OF AN OIL-SOLUBLE ANTICOSTIC AGENT
Abstract:A new oil-soluble viscosity reducer SMN was synthesized in two steps from styrene, maleic anhydride, and nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, in order to reduce the viscosity and enhance oil recovery. The viscosity reduction effect of SMN on Shengli high viscosity crude oil was investigated. It was found that the maximum viscosity reduction rate could reach 68.5%. It was inferred that the polar groups such as benzene ring, carboxyl group and ester group in SMN could enter the asphaltene layer through hydrogen bond and π-π stacking, and the polyoxyethylene group with larger steric hindrance in the molecule could prevent asphaltenes from accumulating, thus dispersing heavy components in crude oil and reducing the viscosity of crude oil.
