摘    要:针对3695回风巷受上工作面采动动压影响下巷道矿压显现剧烈的问题,基于3695回风巷所处的工程地质条件,运用FLAC3D数值模拟软件研究大倾角动压巷道在采动前后围岩的应力环境及塑性区范围。结果显示,受采动影响后,巷道顶板及左帮围岩垂直应力明显增大,巷道塑性区进一步范围扩大,围岩变形破坏严重。根据原有支护系统问题,提出了应用煤层围岩注浆与锚索注浆支护技术。经现场矿压监测显示,支护优化后巷道围岩变形较小,顶板变形量最大为72 mm,两帮最大变形量为62 mm,顶板最大离层量为27 mm。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the mine pressure of the roadway under the influence of the mining dynamic pressure of the upper working face in the 3695 return airfway,based on the engineering geological conditions of the 3695 return airway,this paper studies the stress environment and plastic zone of the surrounding rock of the large dip dynamic pressure roadway before and after mining by using FLAC3D numerical simulation software.The results show that under the influence of mining,the vertical stress of roadway roof and left surrounding rock increases obviously,the plastic zone of roadway expands further,and the deformation and damage of surrounding rock is serious.According to the problems of the original supporting system,the application of coal seam surrounding rock grouting and anchor cable grouting supporting technology is proposed.The on-site ground pressure monitoring shows that the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway after the supporting optimization is small,the maximum deformation of the roof is 72 mm,the maximum deformation of the two sides is 62mm,and the maximum separation of the roof is 27 mm.
