曙一区超稠油污水处理方式探讨

摘    要:方法 通过室内分析及现场试验 ,论述了曙一区超稠油污水处理中存在的问题、影响因素及改进建议。目的 探索一种适合于该区超稠油污水处理的方法。结果 良宏净水剂、水溶性破乳剂 聚铝 B2 复配 ,对曙一区超稠油污水处理效果较好 ;增加 2级除油罐后 ,隔油池出水质量明显变好。结论 要使曙一区超稠油污水达到国家规定的工业污水排放标准 ,还须解决下排油泥、水温、浮选器的效率、砂滤罐滤料充填方式等对污水处理的影响问题。

Abstract:Method Obstacles, influencing factors and corresponding modification advice in treating super heavy oily waste water are presented through indoors analysis and field test for Shu 1 area. Purpose To search for a novel method for treating super heavy oily waste water from this area. Result The combination action of Lianghong water purification agent, water soluble demulsifier, polymetric aluminiumand B2 will produce desired results. In addition, water quality from oily water pitch is much better when adding two-stage de-oil tanks. Conclusion Discharged oily silt, water temperature, efficiency of hydrocyclone, packing pattern of sand filtration tank and the etc must go through further improvement for super heavy oily waste water from Shu I area to meet national industrial waste water discharging standards.
