超稠油水平裂缝辅助重力泄油蒸汽吞吐开采试验

摘    要:方法 在水平裂缝辅助蒸汽驱室内物模和数模实验的基础上 ,对杜 84- 6 9- 6 9井组开展水平裂缝辅助蒸汽驱现场先导试验。目的 寻找能够有效提高曙一区超稠油采收率的开发方式。结果 物模实验预测蒸汽体积波及系数最高可达 90 %以上 ,最终采收率为 70 %~ 80 % ;数模实验预测杜 84- 6 9- 6 9井组水平裂缝辅助蒸汽驱最终采收率为 5 0 .4% ,油汽比为 0 .2 3;根据室内研究的先导实验设计方案 ,现场已完成压裂、裂缝注汽吞吐预热阶段 ,待转驱。结论 水平裂缝辅助蒸汽驱对开采超稠油是合适的 ,与蒸汽吞吐及常规蒸汽驱相比具有蒸汽腔发育充分、蒸汽波及系数大、最终采收率高等显著优点。应加快现场实施进度。

Abstract:Method Based on experimental physical modeling and numerical simulation of horizontalfracture assisted gravity drainage, field pilot test on Du 84-69-69 well group is finished. Purpose To findeffective recovery pattern for improving super heavy oil in Shu I area. Result Physical modeling predictsthat steam volumetric conformance coefficient is as high as 90% and final recovery up to 70%~ 80% iwhile numerical simulation predicts that final recovery of pilot well group will reach 50. 4%, OSR 0. 23.Fracturing and steam soaking have been completed on site according to indoors study result and drive conversion is to be implemented. Conclusion SSAGD is suitable for super heavy oil and owns many advantages, i. e. well developed steam cavity, big steam conformance coefficient and high final recovery, compared with conventional steam drive.
