摘    要:方法 本文通过对孤东油田目前稠油开采工艺现状分析,设计了一种新型的稠油开采工艺方法──泵上掺水工艺技术。目的实现井筒降粘和稠油常规开采。结果通过在现场24口井的实施,累计增油1.192 6x104t,投入产出比达1:10.36。结论泵上掺水工艺技术投入少、产出高、不污染地层、不影响泵效、占井周期短、生产过程稳定,为提高稠油油藏的经济效益提供了一种新的工艺方法。

Abstract:Method A novel approach-water mixing in transmission pump, is provided through analyzing actual conditions of heavy oil production in Gudong oilfield. Purpose' To realize wellbore de- viscosity and recover heavy oil conventionally. Result Implementation on 24 wells has achieved a investment vs production ratio of 1: 10. 36 with crude increment of 1. 1926 x104t. Conclusion Water mixing in transmission pump is a novel technique with the purpose of improving economic returns. It features low cost, high return, no formation pollution, stable pump efficiency, short occupy period and stabilized production process.
