摘    要:方法 采用交 -直 -交变频技术 ,改变集肤效应电加热供电方式 ;通过提高交流电频率加强集肤效应 ,提高电热转换效率。目的 降低超稠油井筒举升电加热费用 ,保证电网供电平衡。结果 中频电加热比工频电加热功率平均降低 10~2 0 k W,平均节电率达到 2 0 %。结论 通过改变集肤效应电加热供电方式 ,电热转换效率得到明显提高 ,起到了节能、提高电网供电质量的作用 ,可作为超稠油井筒举升工艺技术领域降低成本的有效手段。

Abstract:Method Electrical and heat conversion efficiency is improved through changing skin effect and power supply pattern in electrical heating with alternate-direct-alternate variable frequency. PurposeTo decrease cost of electrical heating in lifting super heavy oil and ensure power supply balance of electrical net grid. Result Heating at middle frequency lowers 10-20 kW and saves 20% power when compared with high frequency. Conclusion Electrical heating and skin effect improvement will obviously improve electricity and heat conversion efficiency and save power. It is one of the effective ways to reduce cost in lifting super heavy oil.
