摘    要:建立步进式加热炉内流动、燃烧和传热的数学模型.炉内流场的模拟采用κ-ε双方程模型,辐射换热计算采用P-1辐射模型,气相燃烧采用Species Transport模型,流场计算采用Simpler算法.采用上述模型与算法得到了炉内详细合理的温度、速度和浓度分布,并对其中影响板坯加热的温度场进行了试验验证.

Abstract:In the paper, three-dimensional numerical simulation of complex thermal processes with flowing, radiation, and combustion is carried out in Walking beam reheating furnace. A comprehensive mathematical model for simulating the reacting and heat transfer process in a reheating furnace is developed. In the simulation of the reacting and heat transfer process, the models include the κ-ε two-equation turbulence model for turbulent flow, the P-1 model tbr radiative heat transfer, and the Species Transport gaseous combustion model for gaseous reaction. The governing equations are solved by the SIMPLER algorithm. Using the above models, very detailed results regarding the distribution of velocity, temperature, concentration of the different section are obtained. And the simulation results show a good agree- ment with the on-site testing data, which testifies the method of CFD numerical simulation.
