桥式同心分层注水工艺的研究与试验

摘    要:由于常规偏心分注技术、桥式偏心分注技术存在着测调成功率低、效率低、工作量大、作业风险大等诸多问题,提出了桥式同心分层注水工艺技术。该技术将可调式水嘴与配水器一体化集成,实现配水器中心通道内免投捞配水作业模式,通过地面可视化直读方式操作井下测调仪与配水器同心定位对接,实现流量测试与调配同步进行,具有较高的测调成功率和工艺效率。桥式同心分层注水工艺在长庆油田现场应用1 664口井,施工成功率100%,分层测调合格率96.8%,平均单井测调时间4~6 h,具有一定的推广价值。

Research and experiment on bridge concentric separated layer water injection technology

Abstract:Due to low success rate in testing, low efficiency, large workload and large work risks of conventional eccentric separate layer injection technology and bridge eccentric separate injection technology, this paper presents this bridge concentric separated layer water injection technology. This technology is capable of integrating the adjustable water nozzle with water distributor, realizing fishing-free water distribution inside the central channel of water distribution. And the downhole tester can be operated through surface visualized direct reading to be concentrically positioned and connected with water distributor. This technology carries out flow test and allocation simultaneously, having high successful rate in testing and high technological efficiency. This technology has been used in 1 664 wells in Changqing Oilfield with 100% successful rate in operation and 96.8% acceptable rate in separate testing. The average single testing time is 4~6 h, and of some promotional value.
