3-RPS 和3-SPR 机构铰链布置形式建模与分析

摘    要:通对12种典型旋转铰链布置形式下的3-RPS和3-SPR机构进行自由度计算、数学建模和运动学分析,利用Pro-E和 ADAMS软件分析验证所建模型,筛选出符合体感机构要求的三自由度并联机构,结果可用于辅助铰链布置形式的选择。

Abstract:With the calculation ,mathematical modeling and kinematic analysis of degrees of freedom of 3-RPS and 3-SPR mechanisms in 12 typical pivot hinge layouts ,this paper uses Pro-E and ADAMS to analyze and validate the established models and has come up with the parallel mechanism of three de-grees of freedom that meets the requirements of the body .The research results are of great referential value for the selection of auxiliary hinge layout .
