摘    要:针对某钢制矩形容器在试压过程中出现加强筋开裂失效的现象,从该设备设计时的材料选用、制造过程中的异种钢焊接和产品质量控制等方面进行了分析,同时应用有限元软件ANSYS进行了具体的分析设计计算。结果表明,该罐体加强筋对接处未按设计图样要求进行开坡口的全熔透焊接是造成在试压过程中出现加强筋开裂失效的主要原因。根据分析设计计算结果,试验工况下最大变形量和最大应力与最大允许值比较接近,说明此部位需进行加强,以避免由于局部应力过大而导致设备发生失效。

Abstract:For the situation that the steel rectangular tank's stiffener in a project was cracking during hydraulic test,firstly the analysis was carried out in three aspects:material chosen during designing,dissimilar steel welding during fabrication and quality control during inspection.And then the detailed analytical calculation was applied using the ANSYS software.The result shows that stiffeners' welding was non-full penetration weld,and not according to the construction drawing,which was the main cause for crack failure of steel rectangular tank's stiffeners.According to the result of analytical calculation,when the maximum deformation and maximum stress is close to the maximum allowable value under test condition,measures should be taken to reinforce the corresponding position.Otherwise the local stress is so large that the tank failure will occur.
