机电装备电气设计标准化、信息化的设计与实现

摘    要:对企业机电装备电气设计提出了标准化、信息化的解决方案,规范和重构了电气设计的业务流程,明确了人员的角色和权限。设计了产品、部件、人员、组织的分类原则、编码方案与方法。基于电气设计软件平台,建立了产品、部套、部件、组件、零件的数据库和产品数据管理系统的接口,实现了配料产品电气设计过程的信息化和知识的积累与继承,极大地提高了电气设计过程的效率。

Abstract:To put forward standardized and informationanized solutions to electrical design of electromechanical equipment,the operation flow of electrical design is normalized and realigned,and the role and permission of operators are specified.Furthermore,the classification principle,coding scheme and method of the products,parts,personnel and organizations,are designed.Using the software platform of electrical design,the interface between product data management system and database including information of product,assembly parts,component,modules,and part is established,which in turn realized informatization of the electrical design process for batching and weighing products,accumulation and inheritance of relevant knowledge.The present result greatly improved the efficiency of electrical design process.
