板翅式热交换器平直翅片流动与传热性能试验研究

摘    要:通过空气-水传热试验,对平直翅片的流动传热性能进行了研究。试验结果表明,空气流速2.2~5.6m/s时,翅片间空气侧的对流传热系数为50~141W/(m2·℃),流动摩擦压降为40~90Pa。实现翅片高效换热的空气流速是2.2~3.7m/s,对应的翅片总效率在0.85~0.92。

Abstract:Fin structure of plate-fin heat exchanger has a significant influence on air-side heat transfer performance.The fluid flow and heat transfer characteristics of plain fin was obtained by conducting air-water heat transfer experiments.The experimental results shown that the convection heat transfer coefficient of air side was between 50 ~ 141 W/(m^2 · ℃),the range of flow friction pressure drop is 40 ~ 90 Pa.The values of fin total efficiency decrease with the air velocity increase.The high effectiveness of plate-fin can be achieved when air velocity come to the range of 2.2 ~3.7 m/s.The corresponding fin total efficiency between 0.85 ~ 0.92.The results provide the theoretical basis for optimizing structure of plate-fin heat exchangers.
