| 摘 要： | 根据目前我国建筑节能中产生的问题和行业发展所面临的困惑,在节能墙体技术的多重挑战、发展适应国情的节能墙体技术、简化施工的节能墙体技术路线等方面,从现实性、可行性入手,分析了现有的自保温墙体技术和复合墙体保温技术在面对不同气候条件及非专业化施工等因素的影响与建筑节能行业发展需求之间的矛盾,提出了推广简化施工的节能墙体技术的新思路、提出只有通过墙体节能技术和管理理念的创新及政府行政管理部门、行业组织的规范和指导,才能实现节能墙体技术的可持续发展.
