摘    要:分析了催化裂化催化剂机中毒破坏的机理和影响因素,如平衡催化剂上的钒浓度、再生器燃烧方式、再生器温度和催化剂类型等;对工业上应用的各种防止钒污染的方法分别作了阐述,并提出了建议。

Abstract:The poisoning mechanism of FCC catalyst by vanadium was analyzed and influencing factors such as the vanadium concentration on equilibrium catalyst, combustion mode in regenerator, temperature in regenerator and types of catalyst were discussed. Various commercial methods preventing vanadium pollution of catalyst were expounded and suggestions were also proposed.
