| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了中美两国电力需求侧管理的几种典型实施模式，通过分析比较，指出中美两国模式在项目管理者、项目管理形式和管理内容上的重要区别和不同之处，提出了对我国目前主要实施模式进行改进的建议，特别是要发挥能源服务公司和设备制造商的作用。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces the typical implementation modes of power DSM in China and the United States.By analysis and comparison, the paper points out the differences of project managers, project management manners and management contents between China and the United States.It also brings up some recommendations for improving the main implementation modes in China.The paper advises to bring energy service companies and equipment manufacturers into play especially. |
