摘    要:针对面板混凝土需要简化温控、提高抗裂和耐久性的要求,提出高掺粉煤灰与掺入GTA高性能减水剂共同作用的混凝土制备方法,并进行了混凝土强度、极限拉伸值、抗渗性和抗冻性的试验研究.结果表明,在高掺粉煤灰时,GTA高性能减水剂的应用提高了面板混凝土的抗裂性,其中极限拉伸值提高了14%.同时,混凝土抗冻性可大于F100,抗渗性提高到W18,表明高掺粉煤灰面板混凝土的耐久性能够满足设计需要.

Investigation on Durability of Panel Concrete with High-dosage Fly-ash
Abstract:Aimed to the requirements on the simplified process of temperature control and to improvement on the crack resistance and durability for the panel concrete, a kind of preparation method for concrete was investigated, which was made with the cooperation of high-dosage fly-ash (50% or 60%) and high performance water reducer GTA.
