直流换流站的外冷水节水装置设计及应用

摘    要:结合换流站外冷水循环系统的实际情况,研究设计了一套外冷水节水装置,采用在原外冷水系统的基础上加装一座逆流式冷却塔并采用电子水处理仪除垢的方法实现了外冷水的循环利用。节水装置的应用不仅大大减少了外冷水的排放量,还降低了由于外部水源中断给直流输电系统正常运行带来的风险,具有良好的经济、社会效益和推广价值。

Abstract:According to the actual situation of external cooling water recycling system in direct current (DC) converter station, a water saving device was designed. The recycling use of external cooling water was realized by adding a counter flow cooling tower and electronic water treater for scaling. This device can decrease the discharge of external cooling water and reduce the risk for the normal operation of DC power transmission system due to disrupting of external water supply. It has good economic and social benefits and should be popularized.
