摘    要:海水养殖益生菌CW9是一株分离自连云港甲壳类动物养殖水体的益生菌。通过16SrDNA测定和生理生化反应对该菌进行了鉴定,确定为节杆菌属,故该菌命名为Arthrobacter sp.CW9。对培养基配方和培养条件进行优化后的结果为:葡萄糖8g/L,蛋白胨5g/L,酵母膏3g/L,NaCl 10g/L,pH 7.5,温度26℃,接种量为2%以及摇床转速为200r/min,培养21h后,获得最大的细胞浓度达6.90×1010 cfu/mL。与出发条件相比,细胞浓度提升显著,为该菌株的工业化应用奠定了基础。

Abstract:A probiotic strain CW9 isolated from mariculture water was identified by 16S rDNA se-quence alignment and physiological and biochemical characteristic analysis and it was determined to be Arthrobacter genus.The medium components were optimized as follows:glucose 8g/L, peptone 5g/L,yeast abstract 3g/L,NaCl 10g/L,and pH 7.5 with an inoculating volume of 2%.After 21h cultivation at 26 ℃ 200 r/min,the maximum biomass reached 6.90×1010cfu/mL.The study provides basis for the industrial application of this strain.
