钢纤维对聚合物水泥砂浆力学性能的影响

摘    要:为了研究不同钢纤维掺加率对聚合物水泥砂浆力学性能的影响,制作了不同钢纤维掺加率的钢纤维聚合物水泥砂浆试件,在标准养护条件下分别养护至7d及28d,测定其抗折及抗压强度,得出在钢纤维掺量是砂子用量的4%范围内对砂浆抗压强度显著提高有帮助的结论。

Abstract:In order to obtain the effect of steel fiber with different rations on the mechanical prop-erties of polymer cement mortar,specimens were made to measure the flexural and compressive strength in the standard curing conditions of 7 days and 28 days.It was concluded that the com-pressive strength can be improved significantly if the steel fiber volume is 4% of the volume of sand.
