摘    要:研究非接触式杂质颗粒的测量,解决常规注射药品中微粒杂质的抽样问题,并进行客观的品定。系统采用CCD相机成像技术,基于运动物体的检测以及嵌入式系统的结合,并采用VC++作为编程主平台,经过多次试验,对于40μm和60μm的国标粒子检测结果一致性比较好,解决了人肉眼长时间观察显微图像因疲劳容易造成的主观判断失误。

Abstract:We probed into the non-contact measurement of particles in inj ection to solve the sam-pling problem of impurity in particles of massive inj ection.The measuring system is based on the technology of CCD imaging,mobile-obj ect detection and embedded system with VC++ as the main programming platform.Experiments show that the system has a good performance in the measurement of 40μm and 60μm international particles.It can reduce subjective errors caused by the fatigue of human eyes after a long time of microscopic observation.
