抗凝血高分子材料的研究进展及其在心血管外科中的应用

摘    要:着重介绍了近几年来,通过接枝和共混的方法,用磷酸酯聚合的,聚乙二醇,肝素等大分子对聚氨酯表面改性的新进展和它们在心血管外科领域的应用。同时介绍了新一代聚氨酯材料聚碳酸酯聚氨酯的特性及其在长期植入材料如全人工心脏方面的应用前景,此外,还介绍了具有活性端基的聚乙二醇以及它们在人体器官表面建立分子屏障,抑制血栓形成研究中的应用。

Abstract:Medical polymer material with good blood compatibility have been a big target to be studied and developed extensively. Many approaches have been employed to develop novel blood compatible polymers for medical applications, especially for the applications in cardiovascular surgery. In this paper, the latest developments of surface modification of polyurethanes by grafting, blending with phospholipid polymers, polyethylene glycol (PEG), heparin etc. were reviewed. And the development and medical applications of the novel polyurethane--polycarbonate urethane which has better blood compatibility and biological stability--were also reviewed. In addition, a research on building molecular barriers to thrombosis on tissue surfaces was introduced, as well.
