摘    要:针对现代工业发展进程中的绿色再制造技术,对废旧机床的再制造内涵及体系进行了阐述.提出了纳米复合电刷镀技术、微脉冲电阻焊技术、表面粘涂修补技术等几种表面工程技术的技术特点,研究了它们在废旧机床再制造中的应用,赋予了废旧机床新的生命周期.

Abstract:In this paper the meaning and the research object of obsolete machine tools according to the green remanufacturing technology in the process of modern industrial development are expounded. The nano electric brush-plating,the micro impulse resistance welding and the surface cohering repair technology are introduced,the technical characteristics and the application of the surface engineering technology in green remanufacturing are stated. This will give the new life cycle of the obsolete machine tools.
