摘    要:针对颗粒性陶瓷复合材料内存在大量界面弧形微裂纹现象,通过考虑夹杂与微裂纹的相互作用,利用二相胞元法推导出夹杂与微裂纹共同作用引起的扰动应变和本征应变。根据微裂纹的本征应变确定了复合材料自由能的变化,进而计算出弧形微裂纹的能量释放率,由材料的破坏条件可获得不同外载条件下的强度。结果表明:复合材料的强度与第二相颗粒的尺寸和内界面脱粘区域有关,颗粒直径越小,强度越高;界面脱粘微裂纹角度越小,强度越高;而微裂纹的分布形态和体积分数对复合材料的强度影响很小。

Abstract:The interracial cracks have great influence on the behaviors of composite ceramics. The interaction between spheroidal inclusions and arc-microcracks is accounted for determining the average disturbance strain by using the random two-phase element method. The change for free energy of composite ceramics aroused by spheroidal inclusions and arc-microcracks is estimated by the average disturbance strain. Then the energy release rate of arc-microcracks is computed. Finally the strength of composite ceramics under deferent loads can be obtained. The results show that strength of composite ceramics is associated with the diameter of spheroidal inclusions and subtending angle of arc-microcrack. The strength will increase when the diameter of spheroidal inclusions and subtending angle of arc-microcrack decrease.
