| 摘 要： | 大连石化公司100 kt/a HF烷基化装置无泵酸再生工艺运行时间近2 a,运行效果达到了预期要求.无泵酸再生减少了装置HF的泄露点,降低了运行风险度.同时节约了设备的投资费用和维护费用,装置节能降耗经济效益显著.

| Abstract: | The no-pump acid regeneration process of the 100 kt/a HF alkylation unit of Dalian Petrochemical Company has been in operation for 2 years,the operation result has met the expected requirement.the no-pump acid regeneration reduced the unit's HF leaking points,decreased operation risk,and saved the investment cost and maintenance cost of equipment.The unit made a significant economic benefit from energy conservation and consumption reduction. |
