基于Gabor小波的磨床微进给电控装置的设计与研究

摘    要:设计了用于加工小口径非球面光学零件在磨床上实现脆性材料超精密磨削的微进给控制装置和基于Gabor小波的多通道滤波器。试验表明,在光学零件磨床上应用本装置对光学透镜进行磨削后,工作表面粗糙度可达Rα=0.02μm,能够满足小口径非球面光学零件精磨的技术指标要求。

Abstract:An electrical control system and multi-channel filter based on Gabor wavelet is designed in order to implement super-precise grinding on brittle material and process small caliber inspherical optical parts. The surface roughness of the lens reaches Ra = 0.02~m after grinding with this system, which can meet the requirement of the surface roughness of common lens.
