摘 要: | 本文通过切削试验,分析了在精加工条件下,对于不同的切削用量,刀具振动参量以及工件表面粗糙度变化的规律性,以及振动与表面粗糙度的关系。文章的结论可为利用振动信号进行切削在线控制的研究提供依据。

Abstract: | This article analyzes the change regularity of tool vibration and turface roughness on workpiece, and the relationship between vibraton and surface roughness to different cutting output in the finishing through cutting test.The conclusion can provide the evidence for the in-process cutting control study using vibration signals. |
