摘    要:高温下,波纹膜片的应力松弛是造成波纹管失弹的主要原因,本文通过对焊接金属波纹管的受力分析,从金属材料普遍遵循的Bailey-Norton定律导出了波纹管的弹力松弛方程,试验对比结果表明,该公式较好地反映了波纹管实际使用过程中的失弹情况,具有较好的应用性。

Abstract:Elasticity of welded metal bellows may lose as time goes on at elevated temperature. Based on the stress analysis of welded metalbellows and Bailey-Norton law, a new elasticity relaxation equation has been prpposed in this paper, and some relaxation tests have been made.Results show that the equation perfectly reflects the elasticity loss of metal bellows in reality and can be used widely.
