摘    要:为了研制无毒环保的水性防锈涂料,采用丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯、丙烯腈、甲基丙烯酸以及磷酸酯功能性单体合成了一种功能性乳液,通过对粒径、凝聚率、吸水率、钙离子稳定性、附着力等性能分析,确定了阴离子型乳化剂与非离子型乳化剂按1:1混合配比,用量为单体总量的3%,自制的磷酸酯功能单体用量为单体总量的2%时,乳液及其涂膜有较好的综合性能.用该乳液配制的水性防锈涂料漆膜在3%的盐水中浸泡时间超过720 h.

Abstract:An emulsified liquid used for waterborne antirust coating was synthesized via the copolymerization of butylacrylate (BA), styrene (St), methacrylic acid (MAA), acrylonitrile (AN), and phosphate ester as the functional monomers. The effects of the types and amount of the emulsifiers, the mixing ratio of the anionic and non-ionic emulsifiers, and the amount of the phosphate ester functional monomer on the performance of the emulsified liquid and the coating made of the same were investigated.
