X80高性能管线钢焊接热敏感性研究

摘    要:利用焊接热模拟技术、光学金相、透射电镜和冲击试验,研究了4种X80高性能管线钢焊接粗晶区韧性随焊接热输入的变化规律。结果表明,其焊接粗晶区的韧性不仅受焊接热输入大小的影响,而且不同的管线钢在相同的焊接热输入下,粗晶区韧性下降的幅度不同,具有不同的热敏感性。

Abstract:The variety regulations between the toughness of coarse grained region for 4 kinds X80 high property pipeline steels and welding heat input number were studied by welding thermal simulation technique,optics and TEM as well as impact toughness test.The results show that the toughness at coarse grained region is not only influenced by the welding heat input number of high and low, but also affected by different kinds X80 pipeline steels.Under the same welding heat input number term,different kinds X80 pipeline steels have different thermal sensitivity,and express a different toughness at the coarse grained region.
