软土地层管幕-箱涵顶进施工新技术

摘    要:上海市中环线北虹路下立交工程是我国第1次采用管幕-箱涵顶进施工技术,也是世界上在软土地层中施工断面尺寸最大的管幕法工程。结合工程实际,提出了创新的管幕结合箱涵顶进的RBJ施工工法(roof-boxjackingmethod),介绍了钢管幕顶进高精度姿态控制和网格工具头设计以及箱涵推进的顶力、地表变形、箱涵姿态控制等关键技术。工程施工取得了理想效果,可为相关工程的设计、施工提供参考。

Abstract:Pipe roof-box jacking method was firstly applied for The Beihong Road s underground overpass engineering located in Shanghai Central Ring Road in our country,which also the one with maximum section size constructed in the world in soft soil layer with pipe-roof method.Based on the practical project,innovative RBJ(roof-box jacking method)was created.The results of technical key such as high-precision steel-roof jacking state control,grid tool head design,box propelling power,earth deformation and box state control etc are introduced for reference to related design and construction.
