摘    要:针对环氧乙烷生产中的含乙烯排空气的处理,在试验了数种吸附剂的基础上,筛选了活性炭吸附剂。它对乙烯具有良好的吸附选择性,并能有效地脱除氩气,及部分CO2。经条件试验表明,该吸附剂对乙烯的回收率>90%,Ar的脱除率>89%,CO2的脱除率>21%。且过程简单、经济,具有良好的工业应用前景。

Abstract:Adsorption method is used to recover ethylene,and remove argon and carbon dioxide from a vent gas stream in the production of ethylene oxide by direct oxidation It is found that activated carbon,specially activated carbon G is highly selective to ethylene It can recover 91% of ethylene,and at the same time remove 89% of argon and 21% of carbon dioxide from recycling stream by pressure swing adsorption It can be used in ethylene oxide factory to reduce the consumption of ethylene
