基于ARM的准分子激光光场均匀性测量

摘    要:准分子激光广泛应用于工业设备中,要求其输出激光光束强度分布尽量均匀。为了确定其光束强度分布是否均匀,提出了一种测量准分子激光光场均匀性的方法。基于VC++6.0、ARM微处理器S3C2440A和模数转换器AD7677设计了测量系统的软硬件。利用S3C2440A的USB接口,实现了计算机对测量系统的控制,测量结果的实时显示和保存。

Abstract:LASIK is widely used in the industrial equipment, whose energy distribution is required as homogeneous as possible. A novel measurement method for field uniformity of LASIK is proposed, in order to confirm the uniformity of energy density. The software and hardware of the measurement system are designed based on VC + + 6.0, ARM9 processer $3C2440A and A/D converter AD7677. By using the USB interface of S3C2440A, the measurement system is controlled, the measurement result is real -time displayed and saved by PC.
