摘    要:电动汽车串联动力电池组的不一致问题,使得成组电池在容量利用、使用寿命及安全等方面的性能远不及单体电池.分析了电动汽车动力锂电池组不一致产生的原因,以及现有均衡方案存在的问题.提出了一种基于SOC的新型充放电均衡一体化电池管理系统(BMS)方案,并依据车载在线均衡要求设计了均衡硬件电路.实车验证表明,通过均衡模块作用整组电池的可用容量提高了 1.2%,降低了电动汽车电池的使用和维护成本.

Abstract:Battery’s inconsistency of power battery pack connected in series can cause the group battery far inferior to single cell on available capacity,service life and security.The reasons of the battery pack inconsistency are analyzed in this paper.The issues of the traditional battery equalization are also addressed.A new battery management system(BMS) which integrates charging and discharging balance based on the SOC balanced strategy is proposed.And the online bal-ancing hardware circuit is designed according to the vehicle requirement.The experimental results demonstrate that the available capacity of the battery pack is increased by 1.2% with the proposed BMS,the application and maintenance cost is reduced.Therefore it provides the technical support for the development of electric vehicles.
