Cu/Cr复合电极电火花加工电蚀凹坑的数值仿真及实验分析

摘    要:介绍了一种电火花加工的Cu/Cr复合电极,分析了影响电蚀凹坑的主要因素。以ANSYS温度场分布分析为基础,对复合电极的两部分Cu和Cr在单脉冲条件下的温度场进行了数值模拟,获得放电能量与电蚀凹坑尺寸之间的关系,并同实验进行了比较。结果表明,通过模拟温度场分布,能够较准确地得到电蚀凹坑的尺寸,为模拟连续放电过程提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In this paper,it introduces a Cu/Cr composite electrodes used in EDM and analyzes the main factors which impact the discharge pits. Based on the analyse of temperature distribution by ANSYS,it emulates the temperature distribution of the two parts of the composite electrodes (Cu and Cr) by single pulse discharge,and gets the relationship between the single pulse energy and size of the pits,then compared with the experiment. It can be seen from the results that the simulation of temperature distribution can get the size of discharge pits correctly and provide a theoretical basis of the emulation of continuous pulse discharge.
