| 摘 要： | 针对DEA评价结果体现被评对象个性、但忽略被评群体共性的问题，利用公共权重值对(个性)偏好权重值进行约束，构建了一种偏好强度可调的DEA模型，较好地实现了个性和共性的统一，并将该模型应用于12所重点理工高校的效率评价，可引导高等学校既保持共同的规定性，又办出各自的特色。

| Abstract: | The results of DEA (data envelopment analysis) reflect the individuality of eval uated objects, but neglect their similarities. The paper presented a DEA mode l with adjustable preference intensity. The model in which the individuality of the DMUs is being restricted by the similarities can get unification of similar ity and individuality well. The paper also described the application to evaluate twelve key universities of technology and science. Therefore, the value of mode rate preference is the best way to maintain universities' criteria and their spe ciality. |
